1 ) gather your ingredients. 
2) slice yellow onion into rings. 
3) saute onions in olive oil till lightly caramelized. 
4) remove onions and fry turkey ham slices in remaining olive oil. 
5) toast focaccia bread. 
6) spread mayo on toasted bread. 
7) layer cheese, sauted onions and ham, and drizzle honey mustard to taste. 
8) top with sliced tomato, lettuce and bread.
9) eat your sandwich.
